Silicon Valley July 2019 Market Update

How you doing everybody! My name is Pete Flores, your Silicon Valley Residential Brokerage here to give you a Market Update.

• We have 1148 Homes on the market for you to buy! Last year’s year to date was 1066 were, which gives us 7.5% increase in inventory.
• Today there are 691 homes pending, compared to last years 655 homes.
• Homes that sold year to date is 3727 homes, compared to last years 4124 homes that sold.

So this year, we have 297 homes less sold then last year. Which isn’t much of a difference. The market is still pretty strong and now buyers have more options to purchase the home of their dreams while homes values remain strong. It’s still a great time to buy and sell.\
