Pete Flores September 2019 Market Update!

Hey Everybody, this is Pete Flores Your Silicon Valley Residential Broker checking in with you to give you a Market Update in the San Jose Silicon Valley!

Year to Date there is a total of 5,169 homes sold so far. Last year YTD was a total of 5,586 homes sold. With the pending of 632 which would put us at about the same as last year. The homes are staying on the market a little shorter. For instance, in January we were at 45 days and August was at 31 days on average.

If you are a seller on the fence wondering if this is a good time for you to sell, I think it would be a fantastic idea for you to entertain the idea of giving me a call to find out what your home is worth!

Interest rates are still dropping! Our government is doing everything it can to keep the interest rates down. I recently closed on a 3.25 fixed for 30 years. Which is amazing!
