Buying a home in the Bay Area (let the emotions start) What a rollercoaster. It took us nearly a year to find my first home. We must’ve placed a bid on 6 different homes but being in an over saturated price bracket with very minimal inventory led to over bidding at ridiculous prices. Pete was very detailed and always came back with feedback after we placed a bid. He provided me options and never pressured me into making a choice or into a price point that I was not comfortable in. I believe that everything played out the way it did because I ended up with my perfect first home - thanks for being so patient Pete!

Pete Flores was absolutely fabulous with helping me purchase my second home. He consulted with me on my requirements for my home.
